New EdgeTag Onboarding Experience is Now Live

We’ve officially launched the new EdgeTag onboarding flow. This updated experience streamlines plan selection, billing, Shopify app installation, DNS mapping, and channel setup into a guided journey. Based on real-world onboarding feedback, we’ve already started refining the flow to remove friction, clarify billing expectations, and improve navigation, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive setup experience for all new customers.

Meta Offline Events Support

We’ve added support for sending Offline Events to a dedicated Offline Event Dataset in Meta. This allows businesses to upload and track conversions that happen outside of the website, such as in-store purchases, phone orders, or CRM-based conversions. With this addition, your Meta reporting can now reflect both online and offline performance in a unified way.

• [Channel] - Updated StackAdapt integration to use the new action parameter and Pascal Case event naming format for improved compatibility.
• [Channel] - Facebook server-side (CAPI) payloads now consistently send uppercase currency codes (e.g., USD instead of usd) to align with platform standards and prevent reporting inconsistencies.
• [App] - EventDrop notifications now use context-aware titles based on whether events were dropped, recovered, or both.
• [Shopify] - Fixed an issue where the InitiateCheckout event could fire twice in certain checkout scenarios due to timing differences between page load and pixel initialization. The event throttling logic has been refined to prevent duplicate tracking while still ensuring checkout intent is captured reliably.
• [App] - We've updated our Standard Terms Policy within the app to reflect the latest legal, compliance and product updates. We encourage customers to review the updated policy to stay informed.
