# Configuration
Let's review all the fields in the form and how to use them while adding the Emotive SMS channel.
### Shop URL
This URL is used to identify your store in our Emotive SMS platform and associate all events and user profiles with your specific store. The URL helps differentiate your store's events from other stores using the same integration.
