Event names are used as is, so AddToCart will appear the same in Postscript events. Non-alphanumeric characters, underscores and colons are preserved while every other character is replaced with an underscore, e.g. if you send an event called Pimp My-Ride it would appear in Postscript as Pimp_My_Ride.
I don't see most events in Postscript, what's wrong?
We can only send events to Postscript if the phone or email properties are set for the user generating the events, else Postscript rejects these events as it cannot connect the events to any user profile.
