Time to go live if QA has been performed and observed stability

  1. We recommend training the system for 7-8 days but you can start checking after 2-3 days of ensuring the implementation is complete and all key events [ PageView, Lead, Conversion ] are tracking as expected

  2. Ensure that all leads from site are captured - this is a critical to ensure the bridge between site and CRM works

  3. Ensure that all pages are codified in the funnel are being capture - this is critical to ensure all platform ID [ facebook, google ] are collected

  4. Ensure that all lead state changes from webhook are being captured correctly

Whats the place set of places to check;

  1. Go to app.edgetag.io;

    1. Go to Analytics

    2. Go to channel

    3. Select Meta [ Facebook ]

    4. Check volumes daily

  2. Go to your Facebook [ Events Manager ]

    1. Check daily events between PageView, Lead, and your Conversion events

    2. Ensure we are parity or better

  3. Go to your Google [ Ads Manager ]

    1. Go to Conversions [ Goals ]

    2. Check your attributed conversions and they should be tracking as expected [ parity or better over existing conversions ]

    3. Check last day vs last month [ default setup ]

    Note: Google Ads takes time to overcome existing attributed conversions [ ideally 8 days ]
